This spacious Villa is located in the more secluded Beach Tower. Villa faces the sunset side of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina's 2nd Crystal Clear Beach Lagoon. This ground floor villa is the FIRST unit behind the direct front end caps. Away from the main entrance of the building, it has lots of green space outside the lanai area, great for the little ones to run around. Master bedroom furnished with 1 King bed with its own master bathroom, second bedroom with 2 twin beds which can be converted into a King size upon request, second bathroom has a full size tub. Beach and bath towels are provided for your stay.

This Beach Front Villa is elegantly furnished for a comfortable resort experience. The villa has central air, ceiling fan and all the amenities. pocket doors in the living room, extends the living-room area for comfortable lounging and brings the outdoor in.

Full Kitchen is designed by Hawaii's famous Chef Roy Yamaguchi. Appliances including dish washer, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and wine cooler. Brand new washer/dryer inside unit, laundry detergent with dryer sheet is provided as well. Villa comes with (1) pre-assigned parking stall.

  We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We went over New Years and were delightfully surprised with how quiet the pools were. We never had an issue getting a lounge chair, which was a stark contrast to the madness of the resorts next door. The unit was fully equipped with everything that we needed and my littles loved running around on the lawn right outside our lanai. Thank you Pamela for making booking seamless and Clariza for welcoming us to paradise. We will definitely be back.

  The Ground floor is spacious and perfect for families with kids to enjoy the garden. It is fully equiped and includes all the neccesary items for a day in the beach chairs, cooler, kids lifejacket.
  The beach and pool are accesible without stairs so perfect if you are going with kids.
  It was an amazing stay and all the comunnication with Real Select was easy.
  Definitely a perfect place to stay and Discover Oahu away from the crowds.

  We are big fans of Ko olina and this was our fourth family vacation to this exclusive area. It's a lovely, high-quality, not-too-busy or congested, walkable community, with safe, beautiful and clean lagoons for families with children, all within 30 minutes drive of the HNL airport and 5 minutes drive to Costco and other shopping. This was our first time staying at the Ko olina Beach Villa Resort. We stayed for 2-1/2 weeks over Christmas break, so the price was 3 times what it normally is during the slower seasons. With that, I'll add the caveat that I think our expectations were extremely high. The resort itself was beautiful and well-appointed with clean and well-maintained pools and hot tubs. There is a small bar with hot dogs/pizza between the pools and beach. (There is no restaurant or shopping on-site.) The condo itself had adequate furniture, bedding and amenities, and it was all very clean. The large patio doors open all the way for an indoor-outdoor living experience. The unit is on the northwest side of the building, so did not get any direct sun (which we were fine with). For the money (again, it was over Christmas, so very expensive), there was not the "luxuriousness" one would expect for the cost. Examples: There were just enough towels for exactly 4 people, including 5 "meh" beach towels. The beach supplies were old and half broken. The cooking and other kitchen supplies were abysmal (at best), which confirmed that this is not a "vacation rental by owner," but instead one owned by a corporate entity with no one who actually ever lives there and knows that many supplies and necessities were broken or lacking altogether. With that, it did not ruin or lessen our vacation. Yes, it took some MacGyver moves to make some meals, but we were still in paradise at a lovely resort with nothing but time on our hands. Stay here - you'll love it; but if you are persnickety, I recommend you lower your expectations and/or bring/buy your "must have" supplies.

  I spent 7 days in this villa with my two sisters and my niece. The unit was roomy and comfortable with plenty of bath and beach towels. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and extra items provided for the beach (chairs, cooler, snorkels, etc.) were very much appreciated.
  
  The outdoor space was pleasant and quiet - a great place for morning coffee.
  
  The one issue we had with the unit was we could not get the unit to cool below 76 degrees. Maintenance looked at it and were not able to provide a solution. This temp is OK for me but my sister has M.S. and is sensitive to temperatures. After some hot hours at the beach, cooling down was important for her. She spent most of the time in the bedrooms, which stayed cooler.
