This spacious Villa is located in the more secluded Beach Tower. Villa faces the sunset side of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina's second crystal clear beach lagoon. Master bedroom is furnished with a newer King bed, new ceiling fan, and it has unique black out curtains, beautiful imported furnishings, Samsung TV with a DVD and cable box, and direct access to the lanai. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds (no conversion), a ceiling fan newly installed, black out curtains, Samsung TV and a phone. **Owner prefers no toddler ages between 2-5**

This beach front Villa is elegantly furnished for a comfortable resort experience. The villa has central air, living room has a SMART TV and all the amenities. The large lanai extends the living-room area for comfortable lounging, with a new sets of lanai furniture; one set for dining, the other for lounging. Open the pocket doors, bring the outdoor in! New dining room chairs and new rug (2023 & 2024). Relax and enjoy the view from within.

Fully equipped kitchen is designed by world famous Chef Roy Yamaguchi. High end appliances with full size fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, wine cooler & a dish washer. Cabinets are filled with kitchen necessities from utensils to bowls, plates, pots, glasses, cups, saucepans, skillets, cutting board etc.

Bosch washer/dryer located inside villa, very convenient after a day at the beach! Detergent is provided.
This 2-bedroom is in excellent condition, owners take pride in their unit and it shows!!

  This is a great location and we have stayed in these condos before but in a different room. We were kind of surprised that there was not any courtesy items, no water bottles, no a packet of coffee, no fruit, nothing. As a matter of fact this place didn't even have the proper coffee filters for the cofee machine which sucked as we had to return to Walmart to get the "specialty" filter for their machine. This unit needs to be cleaned. I dont think the bedding has been changed or cleaned in a long time as there was a considerable amount of dust on the comforter. I could not stop sneezing in the master bedroom!! We just did not feel very welcomed We come to Oahu at least once a year to visit family and we now will not be selecting the Ko Olina beach villas after this experience. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were disgusting. Stained and smelly with trash from the previous tenant in the pockets and the pillows were black, ya it was that bad. Not even a replacement roll of toilet paper either. I dont know if it is on the owner of this particular unit or if it is the management company because when we stayed here last year the room we were in was a lot cleaner and had the amenities that this one did not. with the price paid we are disappointed and will not return.

  Great week away with the family. Perfect location for family vacation away from the busy life of downtown however beautiful, lots of places to walk to eat, shop. Rental was clean, had all the amenties stated and would recommend the property. Loved the beach, pool. Only wish the property had some small snack or food shop, bar and pool could be open longer, need some lawn games like the other hotels for families to enjoy.

  We stayed here with our 2 young grandchildren and couldn't have been more pleased with the Beach Villas condo. The condo was super roomy and well appointed. The kitchen made cooking meals so easy. The grounds and pools are so beautiful. The beach is right there and the girls enjoyed scootering on the path in the few moments they were not swimming in the lagoon pool or at the beach.
  
  The pictures of the lagoon view from the deck do not do justice to the actual view. It was especially wonderful to sit out there for morning coffee and watching the sunset and basically for all our meals. We plan to make this our place to stay on our future visits to Oahu.

  We had such a beautiful stay at this Beach Villa! The Beach Tower is the way to go as it is a little more private, quiet and obviously has the beach view. The villa already had beach and pool toys for the kids to play with and other necessary items as well. It was clean, kitchen had plenty of plates and cups, and furniture was nice. Only downside was the electric stove top because it didn't always get strong enough to boil water, etc. Super worth it, Ko Olina is the way to go. OH, and the pool bar is a must, especially on nights when there is live music!

  Awesome location, only steps from the resort to the beach and the beach was never super crowded. Great view from the balcony and it was always quiet while sitting on the balcony. Loved the wall of doors that opened up to the balcony and made the condo feel bigger. Condo was clean and spacious. Pool was nice for relaxing but you have to get there early to have a seat/lounger. Bar drinks were delicious. Loved staying here for Thanksgiving!

  We were 3 adults and 1 child. Very comfortable. This unit is well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Just an FYI - Ko Olina is quiet and isolated but only a short drive for more action. Everything in Hawaii is expensive but Ko Olina is really expensive; drive to Kapolei for more selection and better prices. As with most vacation rentals, the unit looks a bit bigger in the pictures. The unit is very clean on the surface but not deep clean; not noticeable but for the amount of the cleaning fee, they should spend more time. A great ocean view from the lanai, but also overlooks a public parking lot which gets noisy at times. Beaches are immaculate and not crowded. Pool bar is really, really expensive and the drinks are not great. The family pool itself is nice but the amount of pool furniture is inadequate for the number of units. Get there early if you want a lounger. Resort grounds are nice but on the dry side of the island and close to Waianae which is a very "local" town. We paid more than the advertised price for this unit because of spring break (I think). Over all, a pretty good place to stay.

  The experience overall was as expected, if not better. The complex and its grounds are very clean and well maintained. I had good interactions with the workers throughout the complex. The unit was very much like everything else there. Very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Coffee shop is a pleasant little over 1 mile walk round trip. Market, stores, and restaurants also in the same area as the coffee shop. Parking stall for this unit is a little tight for full size pick ups (which is what I drove) and large SUV’s. I had no issue parking my truck.
  
  Side note, I wanted to stay away from the business of Waikiki and downtown in general, which is why I chose this place. It’s far enough west from all off Waikiki. Ko’olina general area has everything someone might need for a stay, including a Costco.
