The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with quality, comfortable linens, and features a 32 inch TV for anyone to enjoy. Lots of room in this bedroom so one never feels cramped.

The luxurious living room is furnished with quality and comfort in mind. It has a pull out sofa, villa sleeps six comfortably. This is also a great place for the family to gather and have movie night on the 46 inch TV.
The elegant dining room area has a beautiful table that seats 6. The custom kitchen with granite counter tops feature a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The upgraded and fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for the chef of the family to prepare those delicious meals at home.

  Overall the location of the rental was really good. perfect for beach and other resort closeness. Staff was super helpful and they were very responsive. However, we felt that the rental itself was very old. all appliances were old and the AC did not work at first but staff came in and fixed it. TV was old, shower was old that water split, meaning the shower head got half of water and the other half at the bottom faucet. Furniture was a bit old and to tight for the space. Bed was not that comfortable and there were just thousands of antique pillows on top which we had to store at the back. Would be a nice place if it had upgrades on the interior

  The entire experience was just perfect. Once everything is confirmed and paid, the team had a plan and dates for each steps leading up to the day we checked it. We were shown around by a team member from the host, she is absolute great showing us the unit. Now to the best part, the unit is perfect for a family of 4. The view is absolutely spectacular, could not ask for a better view. The location is also amazing. Next door to Disney and among many high end hotels if you choose to explore the local food scene. There are lots of reviews online. The unit has a gorgeous kitchen with all the supplies you need to make a great home meal if you choose to. Costco is 10min away and many other grocery stores for supply run. My favorite was sitting on the patio watching the sunrise and sunset everyday. Simply it just couldn’t any better vacation location.

  We loved staying at the Beach Villas. The check-in process was easy and everything in the condo worked as expected. The condo was clean and well-maintained for the most part. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. We loved the resort and being to walk to the hotels while being able to retreat to our quiet, private condo area.
  
  A few things that need improvement:
  1) very poor water pressure in kitchen sink, made cleaning dishes or the sink itself very frustrating and time consuming
  2) mattress pads on beds were a bit uncomfortable - we often rolled into the middle of the bed and couldn't move to the side, they also made the bed weight too high (and we are 5"10 and 6"2, so height is not usually a problem for us)
  3) the TV technology was a bit out dated - most places have a smart TV that allows you to sign into your Netflix and/or Amazon Prime accounts

  We stayed on this property for 7 days. We had a beautiful view. The room was beautiful. The property grounds are very beautiful!! The beds were very comfortable. We have 6 people in our family and so we had to use a pull out bed from the couch....believe it or not...that was pretty comfortable too (per my adult children). I have nothing negative to say about this place other than they need to leave more toilet paper and paper towels for their guests. Other than that...we loved it!!! Highly recommend!! We will stay here again!!!

  Ko olina is a wonderful place to vacation and staying in the Beach Villas makes it very convenient because you are only steps from the beach. Love getting up in the morning and having coffee on the balcony. This is the second time we have stayed in the beautiful condos/villas. My only disappointment was that the furniture in this villa was pretty shabby. At our previous stay in another villa in the beach tower everything was much nicer.

  Such a beautiful side of Oahu. Was so relaxing with no crowds to scrabble over to get a spot on the beach. So many colourful fish in the lagoon too. The unit was clean and well equipped with the most beautiful sunsets on the balcony we will never forget. Plenty of room for a family of five. Easy check in, thank you Shane and staff at reception where very helpful. Definitely need a rental car to get around. Fabulous Location

  The villa was very nice and roomy. We had a gorgeous view of the lagoon and sunsets from our lanai. The televisions in the bedrooms were hard to turn on/off even though we were shown how to use the remote for on/off operation. One beach chair was ripped and couldn't be used, but there's no doubt about the fact that we had a wonderful vacation with our family.

  This was my second stay in Ko Olina in two years after having gone to Kasnapali Maui numerous times. On my first trip to Ko Olina I stayed at a neighboring property that offered two bed, two bath units. That property was nice but very crowded. While there I saw Ko Olina Villas. In April my family and I stayed for ten days in a two bedroom unit at the Villas. I was not disappointed. Our villa had spectacular 180 degree views. We could see the ocean and lagoon, as smell as the mountains and Ko Olina golf course. The pools are great and the beach is incredible. The facilities were pristine and well maintained. The fitness center was very nice, very clean and well equipped. The staff was first rate, from the young lady at the pool bar, the pool cleaner, to the very friendly desk staff. When we arrived we were met by staff member Lynn who was so friendly and helpful we mmediately felt like ohana. Ko Olina Villas is our new favorite place and we are looking forward to our next trip.
