Our 6th floor luxury Beach Villa has a wonderful ocean view and resort's lagoon/keiki pool views. Soak in the ocean views from the lanai off of the living room area. The elegant the master bedroom features a spacious king size bed with a walk in closet, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The master bath has a relaxing soaking tub.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with quality, comfortable linens, and features a 32 inch TV for anyone to enjoy.
The luxurious living room is furnished with quality and comfort in mind. This is also a great place for the family to gather and have movie night on the 46 inch TV.

The elegant dining room area has a beautiful table that seats 6. The custom kitchen with granite counter tops feature a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The upgraded and fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for the chef of the family to prepare those delicious meals at home.

Amenities: one assigned Standard size parking space, DVD players, unlimited phone service to US and Canada, complimentary wireless internet, pack n play, high chair.

The Beach Villas are the newest and only beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years. Everything here meets and exceeds enhanced first class standards of hospitality.

The lagoon pool provides a safe and fun place for the kids to swim all day and features its own sand bottom that the little ones will love! There are three jacuzzi to melt into after a day on the Ted Robinson golf course located across the street.
The four man-made lagoons of Ko Olina Resort are connected by a walking path are perfect for that romantic sunrise or sunset stroll.
There are outstanding restaurants within walking distance (Roy`s restaurant, Chuck`s Steakhouse, & Paradise Cove luau to name a few) and the Ko Olina Marina offers snorkel/fishing day trips so you have tales to tell when you get home!

  Overall nice experience and hotel however, a lot of details were left out of the booking information prior to solidifying the stay i.e. a $1,000.00 security deposit after I paid in full for a weeks stay. A bit much if you ask me and no, the charge was not held, it was drafted. Then I had to wait two weeks before an actual check was mailed to me for reimbursement. Honestly, if I would of known that was a stipulation, I would had chosen to stay with another owner of the same property.

  The villa was perfect for our family four. The unit was immaculate & provided many conveniences such as great appliances in the kitchen, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, and even beach equipment! The property was clean, the pool was warm & crowd-free, and located at the best lagoon in the Ko Olina area. It’s also conveniently located near the Aulani, where we watched a wonderful luau, and the Four Seasons, where we had the most delicious brunch we’ve ever had! This is definitely a property we’d visit again.

  We were very happy with this unit. The view from the lanai was great. It overlooked the lagoon pools and had a view of the beach/ocean. It was very pretty at night with the lights from the pool. Relaxing on the lanai in the mornings and after a day of excursions was wonderful.
  
  The beds were also great. The linens, pillows and mattress were very comfortable.
